A fire sprinkler was broken which caused damage to four square meters of ceiling. The damaged plasterboard needs to be removed and disposed. New 16mm plasterboard (gyprock or similar) needs to be supplied, installed and set. Corners are square set (no cornice) Sanded and ready for painting. The sheet needs one cutout for a sprinkler and three 90mm cut outs for downlights.
