Re sheet the ceiling with gyprock I will provide material

I hace some decorative plaster cornice that is falling in the bathroom that needs to be re-glued and some repainting in certain spots in the house. See attached photos.

Supply, install, patch and sand gyprock cutout in ceiling. 1200x500 (13mm). Also need new ceiling in bathroom 2.3x3.5m of 10mm aquacheck gyprock with shadow line. Timber frame will be prepared and ready to screw on gyprock.

Water damaged section of ceiling need to be repaired and set . No painting just patch set and sand the damaged section. Approx 4-5 sqm Tasker to take rubbish away . Also see external ceiling need the yellow patches sanded ready for paint . Please only experienced plasterers. Prefer someone to have it done by Sunday. Ready to repair now .

Mount folding table to drywall I need someone to securely attach a folding table/unit to a drywall wall. The table is already assembled and has a base that sits on the floor, so the wall screws will not be carrying the weight of the table. They are mainly there to secure the top of the unit to the wall and prevent it from tipping forward. There are 4 pre-drilled screw holes along the top rear section of the table. The main complication is the skirting board at the bottom of the wall. Because of the skirting, the back of the table cannot sit flush against the drywall. I have therefore bought two boards/spacers the same thickness as the skirting board to sit behind the table and fill the gap. The job would involve: - Positioning the two spacer boards behind the table - Drilling through the existing 4 mounting holes, through the spacer board and into the drywall - Using suitable drywall anchors/fixings to securely hold the unit against the wall - Making sure everything is straight, secure and neatly installed Please see the attached photos, which should make the setup much clearer. Please bring the appropriate screws, drywall anchors/fixings and tools required for the job.

We need to repair a hole on the plasterboard above and behind the rangehood, after a kitchen fire. Photos attached. Required scope: Remove burnt plasterboard paper and unsound material. Cut the existing opening back to clean, straight, sound edges. Supply and install any necessary timber backing or noggins. Supply and install plasterboard matching the existing thickness. Tape and set joints, apply finishing coats, sand and feather to a good paint-ready finish. Supply all materials and remove waste.

the dryer needs to go on a gyprock wall so I have been advised a wooden batten needs to be put in place for safety

We are selling the home and need some small holes in the wall plastered and some spot painting. We have a two storey, 5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. There are 8 small holes that need to be filled on and 4 rooms with old plaster jobs that need to be finished off.
