We are turning our sunroom into a study. The roof does not have a cavity but has exposed beams so we want to put insulation in the gaps between the beams and then enclose the insulation to try and reduce the heat in the room - see photos. The room is 2.7m by 4.2m and we already have the insulation so need a person to supply the gyprock and other materials and create a ceiling so it it ready to paint.

Re sheet/plaster whole house. 4 bed 1 bathroom

Install vertical plaster board and sand ready to paint - area approx. 56 x 194 cm. Drill three holes for plumbing bottom of sheet. Easy access to job. see pic attached

I am looking for a skilled plasterer or experienced handyperson to repair a significant hole in a ceiling and fix several small imperfections around the house. I have 2 rooms, the base coat has been done. Hang and partials set done. So it's quick cash for you. Just the final code and maybe some sanding is required. Just to make it finished so the painter to come in and Do his work? Anticipate maybe an hour or 2 worth. But I'm paying a premium amount cause I need it done ASAP.

Have to finish some minor plastering in 2 seperate units in Annerley. Unit 3 - a piece of plasterboard 95mm tall x 2240mm long needs to be fitted to small bulk head above sliding doors in bedroom. It will need to be skim coated for paint Unit 4 - some cornice need to be install inside a cupboard and also on outside. Cornice supplied. Needs to be set and to sandable stage.
