Have installed down lights and have 4 holes in the ceiling that i need patched up. Gyprock ceiling. Other work may be requied on cracks and pre painting repair work

We need some repairs to gyprock to a wall and a cut out ceiling (no photos yet as this is to be done in the bathroom below to allow plumber to access) as well as fix the paint after water damage from shower above.

IKEA assemply and wall installation of IKEA Besta Frames for a TV wall as per the design attached. Wall is Gyprock with metal studs. TV to be mounted on the wall as well in this job - cable concealment is good to have. Needs to be ASAP

Hi, I need to do partition for my office walls. 9m partition wall in total 15m gyprock panel closing windows for our studio to make light proof. Walls to be painted 50%. Rest will be acoustic panels attached. 2.6m height ceiling. 50 sqm of acoustic panels to be fitted on walls. Steel rail to be placed on ceiling for lights placement. Parramatta location, in office building level 1. Street parking, paid parking and loading zone available. Not a busy street.

Looking for an experienced handyman or insulation installer to replace damaged ceiling gyprock and install foil insulation under the roof (as per attached photo). Scope of work: • Remove damaged ceiling gyprock • Supply and install new gyprock/plasterboard • Tape, set, and sand joints (ready for paint) • Install foil board / sarking insulation under roof rafters (like existing in photo) • Secure insulation neatly between timber framing • Re-inforce the rest of ceiling and set finish. A section of plasterboard has sagged/collapsed. Remove and replace damaged plasterboard or reuse if possible. Tape, set, sand, and paint to match the existing matte white ceiling finish. Reinforce the area (joists or fixing points) to safely support the existing curtain track and heavy curtains – suggestions welcome. Care needed around recessed lighting, air vent, and window/curtains. All materials (plasterboard, compound, tape, paint match, any reinforcement timber/screws) to be supplied by the tasker. Clean up required – vacuum dust, protect floors/furniture.
