I’m looking for an experienced plasterer to repair and finish two large openings after the removal of sliding door frames. Each opening is approximately 3.5 m wide × 2.6 m high. As shown in the attached photo, removal of the frames has left sections of plasterboard and ceiling exposed around the steel framing/beam. The work required includes: - repairing/reinstating plasterboard around both openings - repairing the ceiling areas where the sliding door frames were removed - patching exposed sections around the steel framing/beam - installing or replacing corner bead where required - setting, jointing and sanding - blending the repaired areas neatly into the existing walls and ceiling - leaving all surfaces smooth and ready for painting - supplying all necessary plastering materials - removing plastering debris on completion - resheeting and finishing approximately 22 m² of existing rendered walls - possibly forming a small plasterboard bulkhead over the ceiling gap if required to achieve a neat finish and conceal the uneven ceiling levels. Recently got my air-conditioning installed and when the old bracket was removed, found that the old bricks are showing. It seems the property was rendered after my old aircon was installed, without removing the bracket. I need someone to patch over the old bricks. The patch job is approx. the following: 250cm High 14cm width 2cm in breath My unit is located on the top floor and on a balcony. Will be home to do the job on Mondays, Thursdays or weekends.

Repair and replace cornice / plaster ceiling edges Description: Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair and replace the cornice shown in the photos. The damaged/old sections have already been removed. I attempted the repair myself but would prefer someone experienced to finish the job properly. Work required: * Supply and install matching cornice to the missing sections * Cut and match the existing internal corners * Patch/fill the surrounding ceiling and wall where required * Sand and leave ready for painting The existing cornice is approximately 90mm. I already have some Gyprock materials/compound available, but please bring any additional materials and tools required. Painting is not required

Need patch of drywall replaced

1) Remove and replace water damaged plaster board to an internal wall corner. Will be approximately 1m heigh x 360mm return (see black lines for approximate size of piece) on each side of the corner. Needs to be completed to a fitted, sanded and paint ready finish. 2) Remove 3 small section of skirting boards (pictured) and cut, fit and caulk new boards. Ready to paint finish. All materials except the new skirting board will need to be supplied.

Area to left of door approx 200cm x 10cm filled approx 2/3mm. Then Joint filled and set and sanded. The substrate is villaboard.

I need this hole in my wall patched and painted to match. The hole is roughly 7cm across.

Hi I am looking for plastering to install new plasterboard ok ceiling I have the sheets ready including frames . My plasterer isn’t feeling I need to get the job done asap

I’m needing this plastering finished as soon as possible. I’ve had two handymen mates both start, but because they’re trying to work outside their full time jobs it’s just taking forever, and I really need it finished before Christmas lol. I’ve got most of the materials (not a mixer though!) Plaster tape, knives, trowels, gyprock, adhesive etc. what I don’t have is someone to finish this job 😂 I’m happy with an hourly rate (reflected in my offer price) but also fine if you’d like to do a set price for the job. Box out door and replace with gyprock wall. We don’t need a doorway and we are closing it permanently, see pics attached. Task is to supply and install timber and gyprock to form a wall flush with existing. Install skirting as per existing. Plaster as required.
