Peeling paint has already been removed, sanded, and treated with Peel Stop. • Repair a sheet of ceiling where the joint tape has come loose. • At the end of the hallway, Apply angle to the sides of a 2400 sheet, including installing approximately 900mm of cornice. • Repair multiple small damages caused by the electrician during lighting installation. • Blend and repair a few patch jobs that were done poorly. • Please include sanding in your quote. Materials Provided On Site: • All plasterboard, Villaboard sheets, and 90mm cornice • I have 1 bucket of premix top coat and base coat you can use Plasterer to Supply: • Screws, angles, cornice cement, tape, additional compounds, and any other required materials.

Repair a plasterboard damage on top of a cabinet. A kid put their foot through the top of the cabinet which now needs to be repaired. The damaged section is roughly 15cm x 10cm. The repair should include: - Replace the damaged section with small plasterboard piece - Compound an sanding - Repaint the full cabinet top (around 1m x0.5m) with a white semi-gloss paint (to be provided) Price should include all materials and GST in fixed scope. Please note the cabinet cannot be unlocked so repair will need to be done without access underneath.

Painting a patch of ceiling and cornicing (cupboards will cover the rest of the wall), a couple of walls (approx 3m x 2m and 1.5 x 2m) a laundry ceiling (3mx2m) and 3 architraves, as well as a couple of doors. We have the paint. The patches will be top coated and sanded by the Friday. Looking to pay a painter by the hour ($80) as unsure how long the job will take, but estimating 1.5 days. There may be other bits and pieces to do. Successful painter will have lots of positive reviews for their painting.
