We have just excavated an old patio and removed the old pavers. We have dug in to the garden bed to extend the patio and wish to pave the whole area. The area is 46m2 with an L shape. We have 610x406x30mm Travertine pavers. There are about 200 pavers. We wish to lay the pavers in the newly excavated patio. We have recently installed a Pergola so it will have to work around the beams. You would also need a stone saw to cut the travertine in to the correct shapes. You will need to compact the earth and lay some foundation to be compacted to ensure a stable base. We will need the payers glued down with sand and cement to create a stable Platform. We are looking for someone who will deliver a sustainable job as we do not wish to run in to trouble in the future. We want this to last. I need to have about 50 cracked pavers replaced, I have the new pavers. The bottom row of pavers need to have the pavers replaced first (about 90) with the new pavers, then some of the cracked pavers above the bottom row (about 10) need to be replaced with the old good pavers from the bottom row. I have about 20 garden pavers that have been lifted and I'm looking for some assistance to relocate these from my ground floor apartment courtyard to another location about 100m away in the back of the garden (no direct access) . Pavers are about 40cm X 40cm but have some cement on the bottom so are quite heavy - 10 to 15kg each. A couple are joined together as well so some kind of tool to break them apart might be useful as well.
