Holes in the wall that need sanding and painting

We are moving out of our office and need a few things done this week would be awesome only 1 coat of paint on most walls and also just cleaning all the walls of the offices - Bathrooms require paint (some colours like gold are oversprayed on wall & some other marks) 1 coat should be fine - Repair broken tile in shower - Tape, scratches & other fixtures in office/kitchen/walkway area, so these will need to be made good & painted (1 coat is fine) - Stairs to be repainted
