Need a small staircase inside that has lots of scuff marks and needs a freshen up, light sand and clear paint

Need someone to come in and help me paint the inside of the house. The stair case and living room area in the picture. The stairs will be fully primed so that's not required. Stair painting requirement (see demonstration picture) - treads and banisters need to be black and everything else white. All paint will be supplied. Job in Morningside.

We need a wall lightly sanded and painted after having insulation blown in. There are multiple plaster patches that need a light sand and then the whole painted to match other walls. The wall is 3.30m by 2.3 m. We also need the outside window to be lightly sanded and painted after having double glazing retrofitted. We would prefer the job to be done between 10am and 4pm. Paint is supplied. BYO brushes and rollers.

Kitchen/bathroom: Use appropriate moisture/mould-resistant paint. Details: Colour: Standard white (currently light blue walls, white trims, and white ceilings). Ceilings: not included (popcorn ceiling, to remain as is). Apartment condition: Empty, freshly cleaned. Access: Ground-floor apartment, easy access, no stairs. Parking: Free street parking available. Timing: Ideally end of this week or start–mid next week. Must be completed by 15/09/2025 at the latest. Requirements: Must supply all paint, tools, drop sheets, rollers/brushes, and equipment. Not fussy on brand, just good quality and suitable for walls, trims, and wet areas. Must leave the space neat and tidy on completion. Budget: $1,600–$2,500 including paint.
