Bathroom walls and ceiling need painting - some minor scraping, sanding and wiping down surfaces will be required as part of the preparation. Paints are already purchased and if necessary the equipment can also be provided. Best if you can bring your own ladder though. It is a small bathroom, should be able to do the job in one day. Not sure what the going rates are - negotiable.

The job includes walls, ceilings and skirting boards, with a total living area of approximately 55 m². The apartment is in good condition, so minimal prep work is required and no primer should be needed. The bathroom is fully tiled and does not require painting.
