Rooms: • Living/dining — 3.8 x 6.3m • Bedroom — 2.8 x 3.8m • Kitchen — 3.0 x 3.4m • Bathroom — small, approx 2 x 2.5m Scope: • Remove 2 wall-mounted shelves in the living room and patch. Remove all wall/door hooks and brackets throughout and patch. • Patch and sand holes, cracks and uneven areas throughout. Repaint window frames throughout where paint is peeling or timber is exposed. • Paint all 4 rooms • Paint doors and door frames • Living room and bedroom have a picture rail, wall colour below, white above and on ceilings • paint all 3m ceilings - 2 coats minimum for everything I’m supplying paint or happy to pay extra for you to supply the paint Please do not provide quote for daily rate- I need the quote to cover the entire task.

Hi i have some swelling / rot on the inside of wooden windows frames. Very small amount , but needs to be cleaned, sealed, bogged and painted, to keep moisture out. I can supply bog and paint. Price is for doing job and bringing own paintbrush

Please read all & look at floor plan before offer :) Looking for a repaint of our townhouse. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey townhouse - currently has Dulux natural white and want to repaint in same colour. Looking for walls, ceiling, skirting boards, doors & door frames. Looking for all prep, undercoat and 2 x coats on all areas. House hasn’t been painted in a while but in pretty good condition - just need some prep work to the plaster around stairs etc. There is a void over the entry so will definitely need ladders etc for access. Will be furnished & still lived in at the time so will need to move furniture to middle of the room and covered while we are here. Pictures will be taken off the wall. I’ve added a couple of photos of the patch areas - if you need more photos please let me know.
