Prep walls and paint a 4 bedroom house

I have a Huon 33 yacht in the shed at Oyster Cove Marina in Kettering. We are doing a big refurbishment and I need a hand with some sanding of the interior woodwork. Getting it back to bare wood so it can be re-varnished. I have done 90% of the sanding but need a hand to finish it off, sanding any bits I have missed and then a final fine sand of all the surfaces. There's about half a days work there. Budget for the job is $150 . Needs to be done early this coming week.

I have just had a Stilla Studio shed installed in my back garden and need the interior painted. I have brought the paint (primer plus interior paint) and have started applying the primer. However it is too time consuming with young children. I need someone to finish the primer and then apply two coats of the interior paint and floor paint. The shed is 3m x 3m x 2.7m. I have rollers and brushes.

Painting the inside walls of a townhouse. Roughly 4x4 rooms and tall ceilings maybe 5-6meters in some rooms.

4 bedroom house needing a paint refresh. We have purchased all the paint we need but we are not good at painting so after one room, we have given up. Please let me know what you think it’s worth to paint. We are happy to leave the roof the colour it is, we just want the walls painted. You would need your own drop sheets because we just had brand new carpet installed We would like it done soon if possible.
