Living area of apartment has spot areas that have been painted over to cover scribbling and sticker residue. 1 bedroom also. Needing 1 coat white paint to make walls appear clean. Will need a receipt to show the agent, hand written or email will be fine. Own painting tools and paint needed please. Eggshell white is fine, any brand. Please bring drop sheets, cleaners will be working in same area.

Paint the inside of my shed. Will supply all paint , rollers etc. needs a scrub first , move boxing gloves out the way etc , and just roll on 2 coats. If you bring a 2nd person I will pay them also. It’s just a shed it doesn’t need to be a crash hot job.

The job includes walls, ceilings and skirting boards, with a total living area of approximately 55 m². The apartment is in good condition, so minimal prep work is required and no primer should be needed. The bathroom is fully tiled and does not require painting. Scope of work - Protect floors and surfaces before painting (currently empty no furniture) - Minor wall preparation where needed (e.g. this may include patching small wall area where a TV mount was installed in the living room - TBD) * One coat to ceilings: Ceiling white (~55m²) * Two coats to walls and skirting boards - Master bedroom walls: Low sheen grey (~31m²) - Other walls and skirting boards: Low sheen white (~46m²) - Full clean-up after completion Materials - Paint will be supplied by me - Please bring your own tools, rollers, drop sheets and other equipment Paint quantity advice - If possible, please advise approximate paint quantities required for: * Ceiling white * Grey wall paint (master bedroom) * White wall paint (other rooms and skirting boards) Bonus if you have access to Bunnings trade pricing when advising quantities (not essential).
