Just trying to look bright and airy. 3m x 4m Bedroom. 2 coats and leave wallpaper on 1 wall. 5m x 1m Hallway. I coat 4m x 4m Dining room. 1 coat. 4m x 5m lounge room. 1 coat. 1 wall in bedroom, 2 coats. Skirting and picture rail was probably oil paint, so light sanding needed? Now using water based paints. Renovation project for an older property in Norlane, Geelong (3 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 bathroom). The bathroom, laundry, and toilet require ceiling painting only. Full interior and exterior painting is required, including the roof and fencing. The exterior is weatherboard and will need pressure washing and preparation prior to painting. This is the next stage of the renovation, so we are looking for experienced trades who can complete both preparation and painting to a professional standard.

4 rooms walls only, paint supplied. Room one 3.7m x 3.4m x 3m (height) Room two 3.5m x4.3m x 3m Room three 3.6m x 3.6m x 3m Room four 4.8m x 4.7m x 3m plus an extra couple metres above kitchen bulkhead. Just walls need painting, matt finish. Skirtings, window sills etc do not need painting. Ceilings do not need painting. Walls are generally in good condition- just light prep/minimal to nil patch req. not much fiddly work- there are picture rails in 2 rooms and a wardrobe in each. I will supply the paint. You will need brushes, prep equipment, drop sheets ladders.

Under my TV I had a cable hider which has now been removed (cables now in the wall) and adhesive mark below TV needs to be filled and painted. I have managed to get the adhesive off and it’s taken away some paint which has left 2 gaps needing filled and painted.
