Looking for an experienced painter to paint my house. All sanding/prep work has already been completed and all paint will be supplied. Need someone reliable to finish the job to a good standard. Please quote and advise availability.

My 7-year-old townhouse has timber cladding that needs oiling. I have cleaned the cladding already using a high-pressure washer. Could probably do with sanding as well, before the oil is applied. East-facing front (approx 4 x 10m) show in photo below, there is also a similar north-facing side in the backyard.
