Looking for someone who can sand back and then paint the front of my house The area is not too big - approx 6 metres in length x 3 metres high I also need balcony rungs painted (no sanding needed) Someone with experience who knows what they are doing. I will cover the cost of the paint

Painting the ceiling of a small bathroom (3.5 sq/m), ceiling of small kitchen/dining area (approx 10-15sq/m), and some walls of kitchen/dining area (6-7 sq/m). Bathroom has been tiled but does not have fittings and fixtures installed yet. Paint will be supplied, we can provide brushes/rollers if required. 2 coats needed.

Request for labour only painting - exterior and trim work. I'm looking for a painter for the deck, exterior and trim areas of a single story 2-befroom home in Mill Park. The areas I want painted are: *Window frames (approx. 14 window / door frames) *Eaves and gutters Exterior trims (including architraves, scotia and door surrounds - including woodwork above doors and front window). *decking flooring - will require sanding. *I will supply all paint (Dulux Weathershield). I have paint brushes and rollers that can be used. I also have a Wagner Air Sprayer which you're welcome to use (if you have used an airless sprayer before and know how to use it). *Surfaces have been cleaned with a high pressure hose but may require light sanding and priming. *I would like 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of topcoat.
