paint facias soffits and wall cladding on top level of 2 story house exterior

This is about 200 sq mtr of concrete area in front and around my house including the driveway. My budget is $150-$200. The concerned doing the job needs to have all the required equipment including ghooni and proper water pressure generator. I would like to have this job done ASAP. The concrete at some places has mould and oil marks so need to have a high pressure clean done.

One internal black feature wall 3.8mx 2.5m External facade black- will require scaffolding/scissor lift. Very top sections not required to be painted as will be covered with signage. If possible to be done this week (31/8-4/9) Will supply paint
