Remove and reinstall door hardware. Paint type for walls is premium low sheen acrylic. Doors and skirting’s is to be semi gloss water based enamel. Ceilings and cornice to be flat ceiling paint.

Gyprock has recently been replaced and most walls are already mostly prepped, but some minor preparation may be needed before painting. Paint walls and roof. There is no flooring and no furniture, so the house is empty and easy to work in. The front exterior of the building also needs to be painted.
