Find an experienced house painter in SA

I’m thinking of selling and my house needs a paint job. Wondering how much it would cost to do the interior. House dimensions attached in images.

3 bed home ,few cracks 120 sqm

Looking to get the exterior of my house painted. I already have the paint in the correct strata colour (Sandy Beach) and can also provide paint brushes. I need all windows painted and the eaves of the roof, the side gate and some pipes. Anything that is cream in the images requires painting. Pergola does not need painting

Reconstruct wood pergola (9m length x 5.5m width) at my home. Already deconstructed. Decking will not need to be done, only the erect structure. Instructions/ guidance and illustrations to reconstruct are available from us. (Partner took the pergola down and captured necessary info).

The note the walls will be cleaned slightly prior to paint works and patches repairs completed on some holes. Ceiling, walls, architraves, internal doors, cornices to all be painted. Ceiling and cornice to be painted in white (flat type) in 2 coats. Total amount of sqm – see floor plan, but estimate is 115 sqm Architraves & internal doors to be low sheen white (semi gloss) in 2 coats. Total amount of sqm – see floor plan, but estimate is 60 sqm Product similar to Dulux Interior Paint Wash&Wear Semi Gloss Vivid White - 4L - Bunnings Australia Walls to be painted in slight light grey colour similar to example provided in images (colour to be confirmed prior to works) in 2 coats. Total amount of sqm – see floor plan, but estimate is 250 sqm. Product similar to Dulux 4L Vivid White Low Sheen Wash&Wear Interior Paint - Bunnings Australia.

Re-Render the front facade The original render finish is concrete based and has cracked and chipped, these imperfections will need to be filled in and made good prior to placing 2-3 coats acrylic render product on the surface. See below product example. Product similar to Dulux Acratex® Render | Dulux. Wall size length 3 metres by 3 metres, with three windows (2x 300mm by 1800mm and 1X 600mm by 1800mm. Colour to be similar to Colourbond shale grey or Dulux snow season but confirm prior to works.

Ceiling painted on ground floor of house, to cover patching from aircon install/removal of old evap system. One small patch on ceiling to be smoothed over - approx 6 inches (shown in pics) where light removed. Plans of house attached with dimensions - ceiling painted throughout but NOT in Office, bathroom, laundry, ensuite, or toilet. Main living areas/other bedrooms only. Neutral ceiling white colour throughout. Will feed you soft drinks and beer throughout.

Wanted to paint the Architraves around our single story 4 bed 2 bath 1 laundry house (floor plan attached). We will supply the paint so we can choose our colour but if you could let us know approximately how many litres will be needed. To be done early April.

Along edge of wall on second story. Had been damaged but waterproofing has been repaired. Just need texture and then paint. I have paint.
