4 bedroom, 2 living area house for interior paint to prepare house for sale. No bathroom painting. Walls & ceilings only should be ok. Requires concrete floor paint for the laundry, family and study. Also verandah and steps repainted with concrete non slip paint. Please see floor plan attached.
