Looking for someone to fully sand down and repaint our outdoor wooden play ship. It’s a raised wooden cubby with a slide and sandpit (photos attached). The timber is pretty weathered and rough in places, so it needs a proper sanding first to smooth everything out, then painted with a solid child-friendly outdoor paint. Happy for you to supply the paint, or I can get it based on what we agree on – either works. I plan to sell the house in the coming months and would like to paint the front of the house to give the house a fresh look. The sides of the house are essentially stuck between two other houses so it's just the front that needs to get painted. The house is a two storey house. Garage door does not need to get painted. The proposed price includes purchase of paint and necessary equipment by the person taking on the job.

Supply paint and labour and paint approximately 13 timber doors, 15 rooms, walls, ceilings ( approximately 600m2 ) cornice and skirting including minor patching, protection to main furniture and floors and painting around lights and power points and switches. Remove and reinstall door hardware. Paint type for walls is premium low sheen acrylic. Doors and skirting’s is to be semi gloss water based enamel. Ceilings and cornice to be flat ceiling paint.

JOB TO BE DONE ONLY END OF JULY ONWARDS. PAINTS PROVIDED (see color) Painting walls and ceiling a 3 bedroom home. (Living room connected to open kitchen, hallway, bathroom/laundry room, 3 bedrooms. Floor area is 80m2. The walls are currently painted white, and the new paint will be a slightly deeper color. There is one wall that the TV used to be, with x 6 small holes in the wall that would need to be patched up prior to painting.
