Painting the eastern exterior wall of a single storey weatherboard house approx 17m long by 3m tall. The wall needs scraping and sanding with some filling needed in places. All materials and paint to be supplied by the painter. I don't expect the gutters or down pipes to be painted. I do want some paint left behind (1 or 2 litres) for any small touch up jobs in the future. Cleanliness, in particular no litter being left around the house or on our street, is very important to me. 2 bedroom unit. I have had a number of varied quotes and have edited the task to be more specific. Needs the living room re-painted which measures 7700 x 3600. High ceilings in the living room but the ceiling does not require painting just the walls in low sheen and the doors, frames and skirting in semi-gloss. House recently purchased. Walls have been replastered in some places and cracks fixed. 4 bedrooms, hallway and bathroom require repaint - walls, ceiling and trim. We’re just finishing a renovation and need help finishing the paint job. It’s walls only. No prep required and no ceilings! Have 3 rooms to do, estimate 5-6 hours. Cutting in and rolling only. Requires experience but you don’t have to be an expert!

More than half external area of house ( not large house) has been done. The higher levels( one storey house) needs doing as well as one full side and bit more. Budgeting at approx $50 hour, but do want skilled painter, not handyman. - Due date: Flexible

See house plan photo attached with a key that matches up the below room letters - Sand and paint skirting board, window sill and window frame Dulux natural white in three rooms (A,B,C). Note they are already an offwhite colour in all rooms except room A - paint dulux natural white (including walls, ceiling and skirting board, window sill and frame) in rooms D, E, F, G (all are already an off white colour) Note that ladders are already on site and the carpet in rooms B,C and G is going to be replaced making those rooms somewhat easier. Please provide own rollers and paintbrushes. We have an electronic sander for skirting boards but if you have your own you are welcome to use that. Will reimburse paint costs as well (or prepay you for them)

Recently had to patch up a hole in my house, looking to get a painter to come in and paint the one wall, it’s a small hallway wall at around 3.5-4m in length, I will provide the house paint just need someone with the painting gear :) NEEDED TO BE DONE TONIGHT AFTER 6pm!

Paint exterior of the house. Including windows and roof. Most of the pre prep work is done. I will supply paint and have some brushes ect. But happy if you have your own. Had someone start the job but has to leave for family emergency. Please post your hourly rate somewhere in the information. Once accepted you can come out to have a look and we can then start. I must know your hourly rate otherwise I won’t assign.

We require a quick paint of the inside to freshen up before selling. Townhouse is 2 storey, 2 bedroom. Only one coat needed including ceilings. There will be no furniture so easy access. I can supply paint etc but will need to know what to buy as guided by you.
