The verandah to be repainted and a few walls in the house touched up.

Refer photo. Need small a repair under the eaves. One of the panels keeps dropping. It is either too small or the connecting piece needs to be larger. Looking for quote to include materials. Please let me know how you would fix this, seeking professional finish. - Due date: Flexible

We are after a painter to paint the outside of our house to refresh the existing colours as they have faded over the years. A plan of our house has been attached and it is marked as dwelling number #2. - Due date: Flexible

Details updated. Need lounge, hallway and kitchen painted. Walls, ceiling, trim and windows, and also two internal doors (kitchen is ceiling and trim/windows, not walls). I can supply the paint. Two coats of paint. Space is about 62m2 walls and then ceiling about 48m2. Walls in good condition. There’s a couple of hairline cracks (see photo for main one) and also water stain in one section that will need a blocker (leak has been fixed). As I am living in the property need to work around furniture and provide drop sheets to protect furniture and my floor. I will move as much out of the rooms as possible but large items will remain and need to be covered. New colour is white (note kitchen colour currently grey). Please advise how long the work will take (quicker is better since I will be living there). - Due date: Before Monday, January 2, 2023
