There are 36 casement windows in our Queenslander that need to be repaired (some close, some don’t / loose putty on outside and/or inside / paint is breaking off). Looking for someone who can take on this job and work their way through the windows. You will need to use your own tools but we can supply the paint. Interested to get a quote bec I have no idea about the price. EDIT: The job will also involve sanding & repainting the window frames & sills. All windows located upstairs in a double storey QLDer. Hi, looking for someone to scrape and sand back to bare timber our weatherboards on 2nd story in preparation for painting (white boards in picture, not the orange on bottom level). Approximately 80m2 so likely a few days work. Easy access all around the yard, and can organise some scaffolding for easier access. Thinking of paying majority of the job in cash so you get more in your pocket rather than airtasker claiming so much in fees, hence the low 'official' offer on here. Please paint front of my house and side wall. The front is probably about 25m² and part of it is about 5 mts high (so ladder required). The side wall is probably about 7.5m² and is accessable from roof (single level roof). A single coat should be all thats needed and I will provide the paint.

Install deck including roof at rear of property.
