Hi I have a brand new duplex built with some painting defects that need to be done and just couple metres of caulking also to be completed

Hi there, we have just bought a house that was owned by a smoker for 20+ years. Looking for somebody to paint the walls and ceilings of three bedrooms, one bathroom, one toilet, one lounge, one kitchen and one laundry. The walls have been sanded and washed, windows and electrical sockets have been taped up. The house would need Zinsser (or alternative) to seal the smoke tint and smell before painting White. We are needing it completed before Friday the 26th as this is when new floors are being installed there is currently just underlay on the floor. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you

Removing lead containing paint from the exterior of the house and then repainting it. Will need a ladder. Measures about 3m but quite narrow area.

i would like my rental home painted. Small 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house needs interior painted white in readiness for sale. We know it’s an old house and areas such as the bathroom won’t look amazing, we just need the interior painted white throughout including internal doors. In total small open kitchen/dining/lounge, hall way, combined bathroom/laundry, three bedrooms, four internal doors and kitchen cupboards. We require ceiling, walls, doors and skirting. We do not require the beams to be painted. We require clean/bright white paint throughout. There will be some furniture in the house that we will have moved away from the walls . Thanks.
