I live in a terrace house and the top corners above the first floor of my house need to be painted as I do not have a ladder long enough to reach there, someone with a long enough ladder could complete the job in just a few minutes but I need both an undercoat and topcoat done - Due date: Before Friday, 9 September 2022

Our weatherboard double-story terrace house needs re-painting. The current coat of Wattyl Solarguard is 15+ years old. We want a good thick coat of the same or similar paint in the same colour straight over the top. By 'straight over the top' we mean no undercoat or extensive cleaning required, but if there is flaking or dirt, or holes in the weatherboard, we expect you to clean, fill and lightly sand if required so the new paint goes on properly. The front is not included. The back downstairs is not included. The downstairs on the short side is not included. There are 4 parts to the job - see photos. 1. Upstairs and downstairs on the long side (first 2 photos) - the whole length and height of the house, with narrow side-passage access. You will need a scaffold or long ladders. There is one very narrow section which might need long rollers. 2. Upstairs at the back (3rd photo) - easy, you can stand on the flat roof. 3. Upstairs on the short side (last 2 photos) - need a scaffold or ladders. 4. Each side has a double sash timber window (shown in photos 1 and 5) -the frames need light sanding then staining with a good quality oil based stain, probably 2 coats required. You supply all paint and stain, tools and equipment. You use drop sheets where required. You clean up afterwards and take all empty paint tins away. Timing for the job is flexible, but we would like it done in the next 4 weeks or so while there is hopefully some good weather. I have started the job. Need someone to finish painting the balcony railings plus the trim. Paint the front garden railing. Plus paint the wooden band between balcony railing and bottom trim. I have all paints.

Quotes, please! We have a brick 1 storey house and we would like to bag the facade (and a couple of metres down one side) with acrylic render. The facade has quite a small surface area - about 35 square metres all up. Quite a small job but we want it done properly, including proper prepping of the brick. We would like a smooth finish, but not as flat and boxy as a rendered finish. Attached is a picture of the facade and a picture of the texture we are after. We intend to eventually paint the entire house.

After a quote for exterior brick bagging of just the facade of our house. - House is single-storey - Facade to be bagged consists of 3 walls - one 7.4m wide and about 2.5m tall, the second is 3.8m wide and about 5m tall, and the third is 1.2m wide and about 3.2m tall - altogether about 41.5 square metres). - We intend to eventually paint the entire exterior, however the bricks of the facade are quite rough and craggy and we'd like a smoother finish without losing all of the brickwork texture.

Looking for quotes for the internal painting of an empty three bedroom house in Newtown with on-site parking. The house has high ceilings but is single-storey. Painting is to occur in February 2020. We require our home - a three bedroom, two storey terrace - cleaned after some building renovations in preparation for internal painting throughout. We need all surfaces wiped down, walls dusted and all wooden floors mopped over so that they are dust free. The builders have performed basic sweep and dust to remove excess.
