Need to have some holes patched. One is a complete hole as shown in the pic and the other 2 are just small indents in the walls. I also need to have a small section of mould sanded down and painted over once the leak is fixed. I'm not able to get to the property but the hole can be easily patched with a wall patching kit from Bunnings. When I did it last time, I used a "Builders Edge 100 x 100mm Plasterboard Wall Patch" from Bunnings for: $3.41. (Only the 1 will be required for this job). For the putty I used "Poly 100g Rapid Interior Filler" from Bunnings for: $10.29. 1 container will be more than enough. I used one of those wall patches mentioned above the last time I fixed a hole of similar size and that works fine. After checking the property recently, It would be suitable to cover the hole and lay putty over top of it. For the other 2 wall indents, they can easily just be filled with some of that putty mentioned above and won't require the wall patch. After they have all been patched and dried, I then need them to have a quick sand down and covered with paint to blend in. The sanding worked fine and easily for me using the "Rocket Fine Sanding Sponge - Fine" from Bunnings for: $1.80. A suitable paintbrush is the "Paint Partner 25mm Synthetic Paint Brush - 25mm" from Bunnings for: $1.25. To colour match, the exact paint required will be the "Spring 4L Flat White Interior Paint" from Bunnings for $18.50. (unless someone can suggest a cheaper option doesn't use a 4L for 3 holes). Each of the items listed above will be required to complete this job and the total cost calculates to $35.25. The putty will need time to dry before paint can be applied so that will likely require a second visit later in the day or the next day whichever works. The actual labour itself shouldn't be anymore than 2 hours of time to complete this job in my estimate from fixing many holes in there previously. Many thanks

I have painted one side of my house but didn’t have time to finish the other side which is weatherboard . I have used about 5 litres for the side and the under windows at the front I have painted by double coating but I still have about 7 litres of already tinted paint waiting to be used plenty for the unpainted side . I have fibercement filler for minor repair as well . So would like that unpainted side to be brushed cleaned and filled in fibercement repaired with the filler where needed and double coat painted .
