I’m not exactly sure what the cause of this is, but the paint outside my garage seems to be peeling, might be from water damage or mold? Not entirely sure but it would be great to get someone to help fix it up!

The fascia and gutters of the house need to be painted white to match the trim of the windows. There is also one tricky side of the house above the garage that we couldn't reach on our own. It will require the roof sheets to be unscrewed and removed and then put back after the job. It is quite high, just a tricky spot. Will require a tall ladder.
