I have 4 Sash windows that need to be painted. Little complicated as there are bars on the windows and about 1 metre by 2 metres of wall that needs to be painted to match the existing wall. This needs to include paint

I'm looking for someone to paint the outside of my house. Its aluminium cladding, single storey, easy access. Total size is about 15m x 11m and 2.7m high. Must be neat around windows and other edges. No spray painting. Brush and roller only. I already have paint. Colour is Shale Grey. Also a handful of small holes to fill (see photos. I can provide silicon unless you recommend different. Assuming a quick wash down and 2 coats of paint - does not need primer. Possibly a 2-day job. Photos show each side of the house for info (some from different angles), plus an overall site plan. Also shows where I started a quick trial section. Needs to be done when I'm home - usually a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. This weekend would be ideal if possible. Located in Pendle Hill. We would like to render the exterior brick wall pictured (just the bit that juts out) in a white colour. It's approx 1860x2400. I'm also looking for someone to high-pressure clean the car park cement floor if that's something you can do.

Paint front of terrace house in Bondi Junction. It’s just been pressure washed. Roof, parapet and top of awning has been painted. Prep- Needs a little bit of scraping and filling in. (Photos) Old veranda awning has some rust holes and they need to be patched somehow and painted on the underside. (Photos) Crack to be patched on front facing boundary wall. Hi, I need someone to chip away all broken render and paint that wall + perpendicular wall in a cream white colour using exterior paint. Just need someone to finish off this sanding that was half done. It’s nearly there just need the final finish to be done. Only 1 big join and a couple on the back. Can supply electric handheld sander. Honestly an hours work probably not even.
