2 Br/2bath apartment. Empty. Currently Dulux Whisper white. Preparation for sale. It has holes in walls from removed fixtures, as well as the usual scrapes and wear. Will provide pics if interested. Changing colour might be perfect to more modern shade but unknown if in budget.
