Full Interior Painting – 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartment (Walls Only) We are looking for an experienced painter to repaint the interior walls of our apartment in Lutwyche, Brisbane. The apartment consists of: - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - Open-plan kitchen and living area Apartment size: The apartment is approximately 97m² in total, including the balcony. The internal living area to be painted is approximately 78m². The balcony is excluded from the scope of work. Scope of work: - Repaint all internal walls throughout the apartment. - No ceiling or roof painting required. - Minor wall preparation, including filling and patching approximately 4–5 small holes, dents and imperfections. - Sanding and preparation of some timber door frames and architraves (the wooden trims surrounding the doors) where required, ready for painting. - Spot priming of any repaired areas as necessary. - Apply paint to achieve a neat, smooth and professional finish. Access and preparation: The apartment is furnished. We will move furniture away from the walls as much as possible before the job starts. However, the painter will need to supply drop sheets and protective coverings to protect furniture, floors and fixtures from paint splashes and dust. Timing: Work needs to be completed between 22 November and 30 November. We will be away during this period, so the work can be completed over several days at a time convenient to you. Keys will be provided. We are happy to arrange an inspection beforehand if you would like to assess the apartment and provide a quote. Please include your experience, availability. We will provide the paint (just need to tell me how much to buy) and you bring the painting materials.
