Hi, I live in Point Cook and need some help with replacing the front door. Old front door: hardware to move to the new door - door knob, smart lock key pad and door closer. New door: also add on a door knocker, eye hole, two metal protectors to the bottom of the door (one white L angle and one silver flat angle). Might need to shave the door to fit if needed. There are 2-3 different locks on this door and none work effectively. The 2 modern locks at top and bottom I brought new ones but they don’t sit correctly to work properly. Also the screws are wrong sizing. Can someone fix the locks . Thanks

Interior door handles on front passenger and front drivers’ side doors need replacing due to sticky door handles (rubber appears to be melting). BMW X4 2016 model. I have seen the parts available on Amazon and eBay but haven’t yet purchased - it would be ideal if you are able to supply the parts needed to save me purchasing the wrong kind.

Hi, I require either a carpenter, door installer, or locksmith to make an alteration to allow a latch to fit inside the strike hole again. The lock itself appears to work in that the key locks and unlocks the handle and latch of the lock, but the gate door won't ever lock. Looking closely, the latch doesn't sit inside the hole anymore and hits above it, due to a misalingment. When it was installed a couple years ago, it was working fine, however the door may have recenty shifted or warped, causing this, although I'm not sure. I am seeking someone to correct this, ideally by first checking the hinges and alingment of the door, etc. If this doesn't work, then perhaps remounting the strike plate higher or trimming off a bit of the metal at the top of the strke hole, or whatever you suggest. Hi, I need an experienced handyman/locksmith to fix an internal door handle that has stopped opening the door and to check the rest of my internal doors. Main issue: • One internal lever handle won’t open the door. • The handle moves up and down freely but the latch doesn’t retract. • This is not a simple “poking the pin through from the other side” privacy lock – the mechanism/handle alignment seems to be the problem. • Round rose/lever handle set (photo attached). The door handle for my apartment entrance has come loose. It’s not like a regular door handle where you can remove the face place by easily pulling on it. I have tried to pull the plate off but it it seems jammed or glued. Need some kind of expertise to rescrew in the doorhandle.
