Recently my Kogan smart lock decided not to unlock the deadbolt. The control panel works and unlocks the bottom latch, however, the deadbolt doesn’t. Door will shut and top latch will click in but the bottom lock will open and close with the key when the door is open but will not lock and turn when the door is closed. I believe the plate in the door frame needs to be adjusted / moved slightly for it to be able to go in and lock the door. We would rather repair this and not get a new handle.
