New, lockable door handle with key barrel (provided). Needs to be installed on an internal cupboard door, which currently only has a single-sided lever handle with no latch. So the installation will require the appropriate tools to do a clean cut into the timber architrave to install a latch receiver hole. Proven experience & quality workmanship wanted. Clean up after yourself is a must.

There are 2-3 different locks on this door and none work effectively. The 2 modern locks at top and bottom I brought new ones but they don’t sit correctly to work properly. Also the screws are wrong sizing. Can someone fix the locks . Thanks

Interior door handles on front passenger and front drivers’ side doors need replacing due to sticky door handles (rubber appears to be melting). BMW X4 2016 model. I have seen the parts available on Amazon and eBay but haven’t yet purchased - it would be ideal if you are able to supply the parts needed to save me purchasing the wrong kind.

The passenger front door handle has come loose from the door. The door handle is on the interior, it's plastic and needs to be reglued down. The vehicle is a Toyota Yaris hatchback.

Hi, I need someone to fix an internal door handle. When you turn the handle, the latch bolt (the piece that goes in and out of the door frame) doesn’t retract, so the door won’t latch shut. Hi, I need an experienced handyman/locksmith to fix an internal door handle that has stopped opening the door and to check the rest of my internal doors. Main issue: • One internal lever handle won’t open the door. • The handle moves up and down freely but the latch doesn’t retract. • This is not a simple “poking the pin through from the other side” privacy lock – the mechanism/handle alignment seems to be the problem. • Round rose/lever handle set (photo attached). Wider job: • This has been an issue with a number of doors in my home, so I’d like you to: • Check all internal door handles and latches are fitted and aligned correctly an additional 7 doors • Let me know if anything needs adjusting, repairing, or replacing and what parts/costs would be involved. Requirements: • Must have solid experience with door hardware/locks – not just general DIY. • Bring your own tools.

The door handle for my apartment entrance has come loose. It’s not like a regular door handle where you can remove the face place by easily pulling on it. I have tried to pull the plate off but it it seems jammed or glued. Need some kind of expertise to rescrew in the doorhandle.
