Interior door handles on front passenger and front drivers’ side doors need replacing due to sticky door handles (rubber appears to be melting). BMW X4 2016 model. I have seen the parts available on Amazon and eBay but haven’t yet purchased - it would be ideal if you are able to supply the parts needed to save me purchasing the wrong kind.

The latch on one of our internal doors has jammed. When you pull the handle, the latch doesn’t retract at all. Im no expert but it looks like looks like the latch mechanism needs replacing. I need a handyman/locksmith to fix a door latch that isn’t opening from the inside. We can use the lock from outside using finger touch to open the door however from inside, we can't open the door.
