Hi, On my old 2008 Audi TT, The driver and passenger doors aren’t unlocking with remote. Most likely the actuator or its wiring needs to be checked. They do work occasionally for unlock (1 out of 10 times). What’s happening: - Key remote lock works fine, locks both doors. (Works 10/10) - Key remote unlock works (1/10 time) - Most times, driver door needs to be manually unlocked from outside using the key. Passenger door needs to be unlocked from the inside handle. Happy for you to provide used actuators from wreckers.

Interior door handles on front passenger and front drivers’ side doors need replacing due to sticky door handles (rubber appears to be melting). BMW X4 2016 model. I have seen the parts available on Amazon and eBay but haven’t yet purchased - it would be ideal if you are able to supply the parts needed to save me purchasing the wrong kind.

When pushing the bedroom door to close it does not fully close, possibly due to lock not working properly or whole door isn’t aligned. When there is wind from the window it causes the bedroom door to re-open. So meanwhile this has be on going I have used a travel or portable lock to close the door manually. Which is very annoying. I’m seeking repairs on an old garage door. The door currently does not lock. There are two options - install an electric door opener (I have the machine and parts available minute) or raise the door by 5-10cm and fix the wire and “click-lock”. These parts I do not have. The lock turns, but the hook doesn’t seem to line up with the striker plate, so the door won’t lock securely.
