Just moved into a new place and got some jobs for a locksmith: - want 3x locks rekeyed to the same key. Door will shut and top latch will click in but the bottom lock will open and close with the key when the door is open but will not lock and turn when the door is closed. I believe the plate in the door frame needs to be adjusted / moved slightly for it to be able to go in and lock the door. We would rather repair this and not get a new handle.

The key barrel for the deadbolt on the switchboard doesn't work anymore. The key just spins around. There is a physical knob in the inside that turns the deadbolt so the mechanism seems to work fine.. The key just doesn't turn it
