There are 2-3 different locks on this door and none work effectively. The 2 modern locks at top and bottom I brought new ones but they don’t sit correctly to work properly. Also the screws are wrong sizing. Can someone fix the locks . Thanks

Interior door handles on front passenger and front drivers’ side doors need replacing due to sticky door handles (rubber appears to be melting). BMW X4 2016 model. I have seen the parts available on Amazon and eBay but haven’t yet purchased - it would be ideal if you are able to supply the parts needed to save me purchasing the wrong kind.

Hi, I require either a carpenter, door installer, or locksmith to make an alteration to allow a latch to fit inside the strike hole again. The lock itself appears to work in that the key locks and unlocks the handle and latch of the lock, but the gate door won't ever lock. Looking closely, the latch doesn't sit inside the hole anymore and hits above it, due to a misalingment. When it was installed a couple years ago, it was working fine, however the door may have recenty shifted or warped, causing this, although I'm not sure. I am seeking someone to correct this, ideally by first checking the hinges and alingment of the door, etc. If this doesn't work, then perhaps remounting the strike plate higher or trimming off a bit of the metal at the top of the strke hole, or whatever you suggest. The backdoor autolock is not lined up properly. The latch bolt is not lined up with the latch plate. Need re-alignment done.

Security lock is not functioning properly and needs servicing. When tried to turn the lock with key it doesn't get locked in lock spot.

Hi, I need an experienced handyman/locksmith to fix an internal door handle that has stopped opening the door and to check the rest of my internal doors. Main issue: • One internal lever handle won’t open the door. • The handle moves up and down freely but the latch doesn’t retract. • This is not a simple “poking the pin through from the other side” privacy lock – the mechanism/handle alignment seems to be the problem. • Round rose/lever handle set (photo attached). The door handle for my apartment entrance has come loose. It’s not like a regular door handle where you can remove the face place by easily pulling on it. I have tried to pull the plate off but it it seems jammed or glued. Need some kind of expertise to rescrew in the doorhandle.

Bathroom glass door came out and screw broken. Need to also fix the door lock. I have bought the needed accessory to be fixed.

The glass sliding door, that leads out to the patio, has been getting stuck. It may need the rollers to be replaced

2 doors need fixing (one jammed and the other needs new latch/bolt) Door thats jammed is in our garage. Its very hard to open and close. Then the other door is a bedroom door and the latch bolt was not responding to the handle moving. So we removed the handles and were able to use a butter knife to push the latch bolt across. Door open now but we need handle fixed or replaced. I'll add bedroom door photos - and also photos of other doors so you can see what the handles look like on. I'll also add a garage door photos to see the one we have difficulty opening as its jammed.

The door lock seems to be slightly misaligned so the door doesn't close properly and can always be opened just by pushing it
