Monthly maintenance, however its gotten a bit wild atm so needs a good whipper. Moving forward its usually just a mower. The yard is not so big so it doesn't take me more than an hour . If you do the little extra things, like if a branch is across the driveway, move it for the tenants, then let's keep this going on a monthly.
