Lawns/weeds are overgrown as we’ve been on holidays. We require: • Lawn mowing and whipper snipping/edging of the from yard (including council strip) and rear yard • Weeds to be HAND PULLED from the front garden bed • All grass to be discarded in our green bin or taken with you (usually it fits in 1 bin) As you can see the grass isn’t actually that over-grown, it is mostly the weeds. Last mowed 3 weeks ago. Land is approx: Front L Shape: 8-10m wide, 6m deep at shortest, 30m deep at council strip. Rear L Shape (made up of 2 rectangles for ease of measure): 8mx15m and 5mx20m. Front garden is about 2m wide and 8m long. Usually takes 1.5-2hrs (for beginners) to mow and whip. First three photos are front yard/council strip. Last three photos are rear yard. Absolutely no weed spray to be used.

We just need the front and back yard of a previous rental mowed and whipper snippered . No one will be there but there is access to the back yard through the side gate. Back yard - 3x8m Front - 4x4
