We have a small rectangle lawn area at the back of our house. Approx 10m x 4m. It has had bad and patchy grass since we bought the property. I would like to redo the lawn with new turf. You will need to rip up the existing grass, remove waste and some of the existing top soil I assume. Put down new top soil then lay turf. Access is OK, either through the house or around the side passage. I will need your input on the correct turf to lay.
