I bought a brand new ryobi lawnmower (brushless 36v 46c kit) and whipper snipper (line trimmer 18v) the other day Assembled both but they have stopped working. I am hoping to have someone come and service my mower..single lady, only needs to mow a nature strip and this mower has been under my house for a couple of years. The last time it was used it worked .. I have no idea whether it needs fuel, what kind of fuel and or if it might need a repair or just a service. Grateful if someone could help :) When I pull the cord it tries to run but doesn't start. Sorry I don't know more ... I would buy a new cheap one but have been told this one is a goodie.
