I have about 45sqm of nature strip being prepared for new turf. Top soil is down but needs levelling (screeding) and some surplus soil barrowed around back of house. I had an unexpected operation that’s preventing me doing it. Half a day should easily complete the prep. You’ll need a 2 metre or so screeding bar to level and get the soil height right.
