About 2 cubic metre pile of woodchips need to be shifted off driveway to a pile 2 metres away.

In the photo attached you will see a path, i need a laborer to remove the dirt beside path roughly 50mm below the path and relocate the dirt to another part of the garden. The area is about 9m long and under 1m wide which then tapers to 0. ***Also can this be done on the weekends?
