Have just finished building a brand new house in Brabham and need some muscle and landscaping know-how to help prep it for lawn. I am arranging for the lawn soil mix and gravel to be delivered Saturday morning and will arrange delivery time according to your availability. The order of tasks is as follows: 1. Levelling the current sand. 2. Move the soil from front to the back. 3. Spread soil. 4. Move gravel from front to sides of house 5. Spread gravel evenly. I will send a diagram of what areas will be gravelled vs prepped for lawn. 140sqm of area to level sand and spread soil mix (11 cubic metres) Approx 23sqm (total) of narrow space either side of house to spread gravel.
