The main job is to remove the existing artificial grass (which is worn and patchy) and install new artificial grass that I’ll supply. The area is a narrow strip along the fence, about 5-7 meters long and 2-3 meters wide (based on the photo - it’s a compact space with some weeds and bushes). Additional renovation tasks include: • Clearing out weeds, overgrown plants, and debris. • Leveling the ground if needed for a smooth installation. • Ensuring proper drainage (there’s a slight slope and some pooling in the current setup). • Tidying up the edges along the concrete patio and stone retaining wall. • Optional: Minor fence touch-ups if time allows (white wooden fence). I’ll buy and provide all materials, including the new artificial grass, any underlay, tools if required, or other supplies - you just bring your expertise and basic equipment.
