After an offer for some landscaping around the house. The main aim is to get the garden beds and ground levels down below the brick weep holes / damp-proof course (flagged in a property inspection), put a tidy brick surround around the house in the red area, and turf the areas where the old brick paving comes out. The marked-up photos use **red** for "lower the ground and lay the brick surround here" and **blue** for "new lawn here." What the job involves (all areas): - Lower the ground in the red areas to an appropriate level below the weep holes / damp-proof course, then compact it. - Lay a brick surround around the perimeter of the house using the existing light-coloured bricks from the blue-circled stack on site (reuse on-site bricks only). - Where the old brick paving is removed (blue areas, including under the shed), supply and lay new turf to match the existing lawn variety. - Grade/slope the ground around the brick surround so water runs away from the house and doesn't pool against it. - Remove all wood chippings / mulch from these areas and take off site. Please include materials (turf) and aggregate if needed for under the bricks and labour in your quote.

1. Garden help: A. Dig out a big patch of healthy ferns that have overgrown a garden bed (approx 2m2) and remove - while not damaging the plants or irrigation around them please! B. I would also like a strip around 30cm across x 2m wide of grass dug out behind the garden bed to enlarge it. We have a green waste bin, or you can take and sell on the salvageable ferns if wanted. 2. Remove old solar fairy lights which are twined around the higher trunk and branches of a tree on the median strip out front of our house and replace them with new working solar fairy lights. I will supply the new lights. The attached solar panel will need positioning to catch the sun. The tree is a leopard tree with loose bark, and the lights are about 1.5m and higher in the branches. You will need to be comfortable with heights and safe climbing trees. These jobs don't have to be done on the same day; we are flexible.
