It would include: - levelling of soil in yard (more soil will need to be brought in too and parts of the yard levelled). - install of retaining wall on easement boundary (we have the wood for this) - install of deck (3x4 meters) - laying of artificial lawn (approx 6m x 3m) - planting of shading trees along back fence - planting of plants at front of house in 4 spots - putting up shading on back fence We would purchase all materials and plants as required and hire of any machinery. We need a retaining wall on 3 sides built in our backyard. Prefer to use H beams and C beams (galvanised) with treated pine sleepers. So 50mm x 200mm sleepers. Refer to the attached photo. We need 550mm high along the 3m length along the bottom (so 3 sleepers high) . For the 5m length, it’s 550mm above ground at the bottom and is only just above ground at the top end. One step up in this length at 2.5m half way along. For 2.4m side, it’s 550mm at bottom and kept level for the whole length, will be less height at other end with change in ground level. Ornamental pear trees that have been pruned. Chipping the pruned branches and removal of chips. All clean, not dirt, nature strip location. Not a huge job, just too hard to load up a couple of 6 x 4 trailers and take to tip Pic shows a bit over 1/2 that needs to go. Need a raised garden bed dismantled , and then placed in a new location closer to fence (see diagram) . Ground needs to be level before placing frame of raised garden bed on the ground. The raised garden bed needs to be straight not an L shaped s it currently is. - Due date: Flexible

Replace rotted section of retaining wall with treated pine sleepers and posts. Total length 4.6m, height from ground 700mm, and 3 treated pine posts concreted into ground. Fill up space with screenings/scoria to allow for water drainage. Remove all rubbish. - Due date: Flexible

Completing an existing wall to our driveway where we are going up 1-2 blocks higher but sideways to counter the weight off the existing wall. We have the bluestones just not the experience to complete this work. 40-50 bluestones to be cemented. Cheers

Fill wheelbarrow with mulch and tip it on garden beds in residential premises

Move around 2 m3 of mulch from the street and distribute on the garden as per the photos. Budget is indicative as I’m not sure how long it would take. Please offer your price.

Need someone with a mini excavator to remove approx 100mm of lawn / top soil from our backyard grass area. The area is approx 40 square meters. It needs to be levelled out and the removed soil can be moved behind an adjacent retaining wall to back fill. Additional back filling may also be required on the day. Access is through our carport which is 2.1m in height and 2.2 wide (a 1.7 tonne excavator without canopy has got through previously) See photos attached.
