Dig out 3.5m x 7m (ground/gravel) to 5.5m x 7m and add 7 metre retaining wall. Level the 5.5 x 7M car park and create concrete slab to be able to take 2x cars and jack-up cars - so solid concrete and no foam filler.

Need an excavator to put in retaining wall sleepers for the day. Need to scratch out between posts and clean up before dropping in concrete wall sleepers. A 5 tonne excavator would be ideal, slightly smaller should get the job done as well

The retaining wall was erected with strong beams and concrete sleepers however the sleepers were not aligned and I believe it is due to hydrostatic pressure from the neighbours who on higher ground level. Will buy Ag pipe and there is a drain just beside the retaining wall so you can connect the pipe to that drain.

Need help in digging 10-12 holes for steel posts. See the pictures. The retaining wall will sit 500-600mm away from the brick wall. This is needed for a retaining wall so the holes will have to be 800m deep. Someone with an auger would help. The property is at al elevation and tight space so handheld post digger would suit. Dig holes at 1.8m apart.
