Scope • Pressure-wash timber paling fence using low to medium pressure (standard ~1.8m high with some privacy extensions) my side only. There’s also 2 timber retaining walls on side and back of home as pictured. • Purpose is paint prep — remove dirt, dust, cobwebs, loose/chalky paint, algae/mildew, and oxidised grey fibres. • Gentle wash: no gouging or furred timber. • Access: outdoor tap & power available. Retaining wall at front of house needs rubber paint to water proof before I back fill on Thursday. The wall is 10m long and 1.5m on the high side tappers off to 30cm on the low side. I have the rollers, tar rubber paint ready to go, just scrape off the lumps of concrete and paint the wall.
