Hi there, I’m looking for a concreter to quote on concreting my back yard and manage that project, ahead of laying new paving and building a new deck. This has already been measured by a concreter who is now unavailable - the area is 40sqm, depth needs to be about 60-70mm. I’ll demolish the raised section seen the photos so everything can be one level. Other than this the layout / garden beds are to stay the same. The job will require creating a fall towards the central drain seen in the photos. There is no side or rear access to the yard so I’m prepared for things to come through the house. The street is tight and a truck will block it, so I will need you to organise a traffic management plan and the necessary permits with Stonnington Council. You’ll need to have public liability insurance for the permit. I will handle the demolition and removal of the existing pavers and decking myself! Hi, I need someone with a chainsaw to cut up this tree root into a few pieces so I can carry it. I will take the green waste to the tip myself. Dimensions are 1.4 m long and 46cm diameter at base. Buddleia (butterfly bush) is a very soft timber, so this will be a 5 minute job for someone with a chainsaw (or 10 minute job with a regular saw and muscles!). Many thanks.
