I'm looking for an experienced landscaper to complete front and rear yard landscaping for a newly built investment property in Palmview (Sunshine Coast). Expected build completion is mid-May, with landscaping required shortly after handover. The landscaping must comply with estate design guidelines and be practical, low-maintenance, and suitable for a rental property. Scope of Works: Front Yard (Priority Area): - Supply and install good quality turf (Suggestion: TifTuf Hybrid Bermuda OR Sir Walter Buffalo Grass given the warm sunny climate - open to alternate suggestions) - Install garden beds with: - Minimum 3 x 45L plants (2 metres high at time of planting) - Minimum 5 x 15L plants (1 metres high at time of planting) - Mulched, mounded, and neatly edged garden beds - Clean, simple, modern layout (low maintenance preferred) Rear Yard: - Turf installation (basic, durable finish suitable for tenants) Side Paths (Important): Right Side of House (built to boundary)(alfresco + clothesline access): - Pebbles/stones with stepping pavers for practical access to clothesline - Must allow easy use for clothesline - Proper base preparation and weed mat required Left Side of House (behind gate to rear): - Pebbles/stones only (low maintenance finish) - No planting required - Weed mat and proper edging required General Requirements: - Must be low maintenance and durable (investment property) - Good drainage (no muddy areas) - Clean, finished presentation suitable for tenants - All green waste removed - Site left tidy on completion Property Details: - Block size: 336sqm What we’re looking for: - Experience with new build landscaping - Ability to recommend suitable plants for QLD climate - Competitive pricing (we want quality but not overcapitalised) - Examples/photos of previous similar jobs preferred Timing: - Work to commence: Approx. mid-May(flexible depending on handover) Happy to provide plans/site details upon request.
