I'm opening a retail store at Greenwood Plaza, North Sydney and need artificial turf installed as a feature around our shop counter — a full surround on all sides. Important — subfloor condition: The current surface around the counter is a soft/cushioned material. Turf needs to be glued to a rigid, stable base, so this job will likely require either: Laying a hard underlayment over the cushioned area before gluing turf, or removing the soft layer to expose the hard floor underneath (if possible).. Please advise which approach you'd recommend once you've seen the space, and include that prep work in your quote.
