Scope: Measure/map existing levels of a 10m x 3m courtyard area. Plan a 1200x600mm paving layout and integrated sunken seating pit. Feature planter wall layout (utilizing stepped/tiered levels under 600mm to comply with NSW Exempt Development). Drainage and stormwater discharge layout. Deliverables: Scaled 2D Landscape Layout Plan (PDF format) with spot levels. Simple 3D concept sketch/render (optional but preferred). Formatted cleanly for inclusion in a Strata application. We have a railway sleeper in the garden that needs replacing. It sits on top of a retaining wall. You will see in the photos an example of another sleeper that is ok ….to get a sense of what we need replacing. The sleeper that has rotted is approx 2.5m long. The height of the wall is approx 1.7m high.

I have already dug the footings for a deck and put soil in buckets. I need assistance moving all buckets approx 100m.

I’m doing a big maintenance on a large garden and I’d like to reuse the trimmed hedges into a mulcher so I can reuse the mulch on the ground underneath all the plant plants. If you’re able to help me with that bring a mulcher over and help me use it that’s what I want.
