The controller is working and I can run zones manually, but the front garden drip line isn’t performing properly — only a small trickle comes out in a few spots along a long line. I can’t locate where the line starts, and I suspect a leak, blockage, or pressure issue. The system uses above-ground dripline (brown tubing) laid under mulch, not pop-up sprinklers. I’d like someone who can: • Find the start and layout of the drip line • Diagnose any leaks, blockages, or pressure problems • Repair or replace tubing and fittings as needed • Check all zones for proper operation Please bring your own irrigation tools and fittings (joiners, barbs, connectors, etc.).

We need your help to preparing our backyard for a new retaining wall. The scope of work includes: 1. Removal and disposal of the existing retaining wall sleepers. 2. Excavation of soil to a depth of approximately 35cm across the area marked in the attached diagram - approx 90cm from the fence line. 3. Levelling of the excavated area. 4. Removal and disposal of all excavated soil. Please note: Access to the backyard is via a side path that is 1 metre wide and 7 metres long. This may require the use of a compact machine or equipment suitable for narrow access. I want to remove wood posts and complete stone retaining wall. Get flower bed ready in front with some flower plants and tidy up backyard and plant some fruit trees.

Place small amount of mulch from pile over wheel barrow track in front hedges next to pile. Remove remaining mulch (<1 cubic m) from the front of house and clean pavement.

We have a number of prunings including narrow trunks and we'd like you to use your own or a hired Mulcher/Chipper to create chip bark/wood chip which we will keep. Any thicker bits can be cut to other handy sizes as I prescribe... ill be onsite. Photos attached of piles.... but you can quote by the hour if size is hard to estimate. A large wheelbarrow for moving chips around the yard would put you at an advantage for this job. If we like your work, we can hire again for removal and chipping of 1 large shrub.
