Ideally, The site visit would take place today or tomorrow, with the quote supplied by Friday 16 October so we can agree on the scope and proceed. The quote is required for submission to my bank for property valuation purposes. Please provide it on business letterhead, including: • Business name, ABN and contact details • Property address, quotation date and reference number • Separate fencing and landscaping costs • Detailed scope, measurements, materials, labour and inclusions • Total price, clearly stating GST treatment • Any exclusions, assumptions, quote validity and estimated timing The property is currently vacant land. Please confirm your availability, any site visit or quotation fee, and whether you can quote for both fencing and landscaping. This task is for the site inspection and formal quote first. The works will be agreed separately once the scope and pricing are accepted. ($50) - we can deduct this amount from the work once you go ahead with the build.

I’m looking for a quote for backyard landscaping. The existing yucca trees and garden bed have been removed. The back fence is around 12m long, and I’d like a new garden bed installed along the fence, with a mix of larger plants/trees and smaller plants/flowers similar to the 3rd photo. I’m open to different garden-bed materials. Some levelling/preparation will be needed, especially around the manhole. I’d also like a round feature around the manhole, suitable for placing a pot on top while keeping access available. I’m looking for a landscaper to completely redo the front garden area next to my driveway. I’d like to transform it into something much nicer, modern and low-maintenance. I’m open to ideas and would like a combination of suitable plants, rocks, decorative pebbles/gravel and other landscaping features that would improve the overall look of the front yard and complement the driveway and house. I’d like the landscaper to help with the design, supply the materials and plants, and complete the full installation.
