I'm currently completing a renovation on a property that will be tenanted out. I'm looking for help from a person that has good experience with general landscaping (and there might be a few minor outdoor handy man type of items). I will be getting an arborist to trim some of the larger trees on the fence line and looking for the follow help in terms of scope of work Back & Front yard clean up - Organise delivery of mulch and put across front yard area (left hand side) and backyard area (back), and front hard (front shrubs) - remove any overgrown weeds or plants / dead plants - clean up side of the house garden bed and put in any shrubs if needed - clean out back part of the house + shed area (tidy up + Mulch) - The walk-way has been laid with new concrete and new gates will be fitted - there is minor landscaping needed next to the patio (happy to share updated photos) - Handyman - clean the BBQ / patio area and degrease - lawnmower all the lawn (front and back + whipper snip) - Fix the mailbox (needs to be reconreted) if we cant fix it I can agree to buy appropriate one at local bunnings - Dig out the meter box - there are ants around and it needs to be cleaned out a little so the soil dosnt keep going back in There might be a few other items. if I did this myself it would likely be 2 or 3 days of work. Looking for someone who prides themself on good work and has solid examples of doing this on airtasker. budget is ~$1200-1400 + any materials Thank you

A small depression has developed over approx 1 sq metre of our paved driveway; initial excavation revealed a small hole into which I poured about 2 buckets of brikkie sand. My home builder suggests it is over the soakwell and is a common occurrence. All pavers are in good condition, but we have no spare brikkie sand or white sand for between pavers. Move x2 retic heads (circled in red) forward in flower bed and reduce height of the vertical pipe slightly. I've got dead spots on my lawn coverage so Spur off the pipe (circled in red) and install x2 new retic heads (one area circles in blue) so I have 4 heads along the edge of the garden. - Due date: Before Sunday, 17 December 2023

Need irrigation piping laid in ground before concreting done end of next month as well as conduit with wiring for low voltage garden lighting. Will need one 240v conduit running from side of house to front property boundary. For irrigation, Will need front of house, side of house and back yard done going to a solenoid manifold valve. I just need the pipes and conduit roughed in to each zone. The drip tubing will be done at a later stage as well as the lighting. Hi, design and implement automatic irrigation system for my front and back gardens. Also garden lighting required.

Small section of lawn behind our front fence to be carefully removed (some pipes underneath are close to the surface). Removed Turf to be put in our green bin and excess into plastic bags for garbage collection. Weed mat to be put in place, then a few plants planted & covered with mulch. Area involved is level and measures around 2.5m x 4 mtrs = 10 sqm.
