Looking for an experienced landscaper to complete a small garden landscaping project. Approximate area and dimensions: * Artificial turf area: 30m² * Existing garden bed: 12m long × 0.5m wide × approximately 0.4m high Scope of work: 1. Remove the existing garden bed and any plants, soil, and debris as required. 2. Extend the lawn area to the fence line by removing the existing garden bed. 3. Supply and install artificial turf, including ground preparation, levelling, suitable base material, and edging. 4. Install timber sleepers or a suitable retaining wall along the fence line where required, as removing the garden bed will expose gaps that need to be covered and secured. 5. extending the existing deck to the fence line after removing the garden beds in that area. 6. Ensure a neat finish, proper drainage, and removal of all waste materials. The only access to the yard is through the garage with a standard door 2m x 0.84m dimensions; hence getting in machinery may be tricky. Please provide a quote covering labour, materials, and disposal of green waste and excess soil. Experience with artificial turf installation and retaining wall construction is preferred. We have a pile of pruned tree branches that need to be wood chipped. We will keep the wood chips for our garden (no need for removal). Easy access to the property (the pile is in the front yard). You must have your own wood chipper.
