The job includes: * Break up and remove the remaining concrete spa slab/base. *Pull existing deck back about 1m * Supply suitable fill and backfill the hole, compacting in layers. * Construct timber retaining walls to create a level lawn area (as per concept images). * Build a timber-edged garden bed around the rear and side of the lawn. * Install vertical hardwood timber cladding around the exposed underside of the upper deck. Not required: * Planting. * Turf installation. I've attached photos of the existing area along with AI concept images showing the general idea.
