Retaining Walls - 21m x 0.6m timber sleeper and steel H beam retaining wall. Fix a bulging retaining wall

We need someone to remove all the soil from our front garden (about 60 square meters) and make the area flat and even. Please include soil removal/disposal in your quote. Access to the garden is straightforward from the street.

Use a wheel barrow to move, spread and level approximately 10m3 of soil for a new lawn. Area to cover is 86m2 at a depth of 10-15cm. This is for labour only. Soil will be delivered to site. There are 2 steps down the garden to navigate. I can put a piece of timber as a makeshift ramp. Soil will be delivered to the nature strip and distance to the garden is less than 10 meters

The rocks/pavers/bricks in the photo have to be put in a skip. The skip is in the driveway already, about 20 meters away from the rocks. It has to be done today before the skip gets picked up. I’m at work so I can’t do it.
