Retaining wall and level up the front yard

Two pipes at the front of my house need to be levelled to align with the driveway.

I need top soil delivered and grass laid at the front of my home. Approximate dimensions 4.5m x 4.5m near the home Near the road 4.5m x 2.5m. Old grass already removed ready for new soil to be levelled and grass laid. Couch grass is acceptable. Don't need anything fancy.

Need to move 3/4 cubic meters of sand from road to top of house and half to backyard. I will provide wheel barrow and shovels and help Loading wheelbarrow. Driveway has a little slope upwards and I may have a knee problem, which could aggravate. 1/2 taken 20 m to top and other half 45 m to back yard
