The soil is clay and compacted, so please rip or scarify the ground, add gypsum, and spread at least 75mm of turf underlay soil. Level the yard so it falls away from the house, ready for turf. Hi guys, needing a gardener to do full once over of a shopping complex. Mainly hedging, whipper snip and now a couple of grassed areas.
