I need someone to move approximately 5m3 of soil and roots from my back garden to a Skip bin on the driveway. The soil has already been dug up and is in a pile, as are the tree roots. You would need to provide your own wheel barrow. Access is a little bit tight - only around 900mm down the side of the house and the distance of the soil to the Skip bin is approximately 23 metres

This task covers the main front yard, council verge, and the ancillary side area. Bidders must hold an ABN and have experience with Perth Waterwise guidelines. Scope of Work: Site Prep: Supply and apply soil wetting agent/improvements to the sandy turf area. Turf: Supply and install premium, roll-on Empire Zoysia grass across the main front yard and the council verge out to the road curb.Reticulation: Supply and install an automated controller configured. Run pop-ups for the lawn and drippers for the main garden bed. Plants: Supply and plant a MAXIMUM OF 3 PLANTS TOTAL for the entire project. These should simply be hardy, low-growing local native plants to ensure a completely clean, ultra-low-maintenance look for tenants. Ancillary Side Strip (MULCH ONLY): Supply and spread organic woodchip mulch to the ancillary side area. This side strip is strictly mulch only—no plants and no reticulation pipes/watering are to be installed here. Clean-up: Remove and dispose of all job-related waste. Picture just for reference.

Needs these rocks moved so I can plant ground cover here. - The large steppers don’t need to be moved. - The area is 5.5m by 1.2m. - It’s only a thin layer of stones on weed mat (see pictures) - Easy to access (side of house) - I will provide strong bags or containers for the rocks, which will remain here (disposal not required). This shouldn’t take long, maybe between 1-2 hours maximum.

Had a hole dug for a trampoline so put the sand on the lawn but ran out of energy 😂 I have all the tools required, if you break my tools you’ll need to replace them obviously
