We're running a small business event (20-40 people expected) for executives and business leaders which will include a sausage sizzle. The sausage sizzle will run from 1pm/1:30pm to 2pm and there's around 50-75 sausages max to cook + onions. The event prep will start at 11am so it would be great to coordinate with me and so you can be relaxed for time for preparation, then guests will arrive from 11:45am-12pm, and the BBQ will run as the presentation + Q&A ends from 1-2pm. The BBQ and all equipment/supplies are all provided. The BBQ is a steel hot plate (like a park). Nothing is required on your end except an apron, we'll have everything else (food, equipment, supplies, etc) - you're of course welcome to a snag + salad + drink for lunch as well.
