I’m after a bartender to make cocktails for a private event and add a little fun in while making them

We are looking for two experienced event attendants / wait staff to help with our private home wedding reception. Ideally, at least one of you has solid event experience and is comfortable following a simple run sheet, keeping an eye on timing, and helping guide the other person on the day. Time: 11:00am – 11:00pm Location: [insert suburb] From 11:00am to 12:00pm, we would like you to arrive and have a start-up meeting with our day-of coordinator / event manager, so everyone is clear on the plan before the event starts. Tasks will include helping with light setup before guests arriving, food and drink service, keeping the buffet / service areas set up & tidy, clearing glasses and plates, rubbish checks, topping up drinks / ice where needed, and general event support. Pack-down / clean-up will start around 9:00–10:00pm and finish by 11:00pm. We would also like to have a short video call before confirming, just to go through the general plan and make sure it feels like a good fit for everyone. We want the day to run smoothly and avoid any confusion on the day. Experience with weddings, private events, catering, or home functions would be great.

Help with setting up and putting away kids disco party for 11-12year olds. 13kids. Pouring champagne for adults. WWC is necessary as you are around other children. Serving food cleaning up as you go. Attending to whatever the children require. Time is 4:30pm-8:30pm. Maybe slightly longer if required. St Kilda rd location. I have a friend helping with music and someone doing dessert. You really are helping and making my life easier.
